Shipping policy

Free delivery, excluding customs duties and import taxes:
Delivery costs are already included in the purchase price. Please note that orders outside the EU are invoiced without VAT and may therefore be subject to import taxes and customs duties. These, as well as any applicable processing fees, are to be borne by the buyer.

Courier service:
I dispatch domestic orders via Austrian Post and international orders via DHL or UPS. All orders are sent with a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery time: 
I aim to dispatch all works within 7 days of the order being placed. Delivery usually takes around 2–4 working days for domestic orders and 7–14 working days for international orders.

Packaging information: 
The prints are rolled up in tissue paper and sent in particularly sturdy shipping tubes.
